C	C.B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I researched funeral homes on behalf of my mother and sister. Westmont Memorial was the 4th place I happened to find. We have never been through this process before so it was very important that we found the right place. We had specific requirements and needed a home that would understand. I spoke with Jennifer at first and when I called back for a follow up I spoke with Pamela. Between the two ladies, I felt convinced this was the right place. My Mom was comfortable with the information about Westmount Memorial and set up a meeting with the funeral home. I wasn't there for the meeting, but it was a apparent from the report I received from my mother that this place was the right choice. Kyle was excellent in handling the situation delicately. He did an excellent job in showing compassion and care. The funeral home was accommodating and ensured the family's wishes were executed as requested. This is an extremely sad occasion as we all know but having the kind of support provided by the team of people here took some of the pressure off. I was very impressed with the way things were handled and how my family was treated through this difficult time. I would most definitely recommend this funeral home.

They work 24/7; always available to answer questions. Everyone working there are compassionate, kind and caring and are willing to honour any wish you have for your loved one. Kyle, Pam and Laura are very accommodating and no request is too odd for them as they only want the family to be content with their loved one's final farewell. Breanne, who ran the service, did an amazing job - exactly the way our mother would have wanted. She spoke eloquently and compassionately; adding some humour - representing my mother's personality exactly. From start to finish, our experience during this difficult time was very smooth.
