H	Hudson Wells on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW! Best gourmet food in Sherbrooke and bar selection! Prices are great for the quality of food and the whole ambiance of the place was perfect! Thankful to have a spot like this in Sherbrooke!

Asked for a double shot of gin(straight), recieved the right quantity in the glass but it tasted really weak. On the bill only a single shot charged.

Small but essential scotch selection, delicious tapas (especially the vegetarian ones), and a nice, homey feel. Pricing is about average as we paid $90+ including tax and tip and drinks for 2. I'd go back on a quiet night.

The only downside is this is their only location so you'll have to come here to experience it. Amazing food, tapas style with awesome service from Olivier and a wine and drinks selection second to none. Over 40 different rums on offer but I did notice a gap where the Jamaican rums should be. Hopefully this will be rectified when I return ;) Truly well satisfied and once more must thank Google for the recommendation
