Jackie was super awesome to deal with-- friendly, knowledgeable, and followed through. We moved our stuff into the storage unit recently. It is really clean and secure. This is the best storage facility we've encountered.

I took a look at storage units around the city and all were ridiculously expensive except for WestKey. After reviewing their website and Google reviews I decided to pay them a visit. The amazing team provided me a few different options for my sizing needs and took me out to visit the different styles of units. After choosing one, we set it up right away and I have now been here for 2 months. Absolutely love this company, their team and would definitely recommend 100%

You can access all hours and it is monitored. They give a courtesy call if you forget its rent day and are super nice about it.

Arrived just after someone else and the lady said she would be right with me and was prompt and efficient with them. She didn't rush them or ignore me. Spoke clearly (even with a mask) and explained things carefully. I was on my way and on to my move soon.

During their office hours, the staff are always very helpful and attentive. I also love how they decorate during the holidays and the humorous signage. :)
It's also a very convenient location if you live close to downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really appreciate WestKey Storage in Inglewood. They have been our go to for the last 10 years. There's been times when hardship has befallen us and they have been understanding and supportive. When we have needed to up size or down size our unit they were right on it and easy to work with in a changeover. They have often come by when we have been at our unit and stopped to see how we were doing (and pet the dog). They have given great advice which has been really appreciated so much. They really care about the people they work with and it shows that they enjoy their job. We have build a wonderful rapport with them and would never go to a different Storage place again.Just really grateful for a place that is safe and secure and feels like we are part of a family.
