D	Dan Hercina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Again Westjet over promises and under delivers. Got up at 2am to be at the airport for the recommended 2.5 hrs early arrival. Once at the check in counter I was told that the flight is canceled. It was going to be my first ever time flying in First class after being offered an upgrade days prior. No reimbursement, no apology and no explanation. Later that morning I was informed that Westjet Winnipeg had only recently fired/let go their staffing and are utilizing a temp agency. With Air Canada being so expensive and rarely having a direct flight I guess my next time traveling will have to drive. I do love to drive.
M	Mr Emdee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took premium class round trip Winnipeg - Toronto. I am disabled and was helped all the time. Staff were kind and food was great. Airlines get a bad reputation at the smallest thing but honestly, I was happy! They are so patient with people that seems stressed all the time!

The plane was malfunction, the passenger door could not close and open, departure was delayed 35 min, baggage was delayed 1 day, nobody notified me my baggage arrived to Winnipeg, I just came and inquired. No apologies, no compensation.
D	Daria Ch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WestJet was a terrible company! during the flight, they lost both of my suitcases; when registering a complaint, they did not give me a tracking number. I had to wait a week for them to find them! only when my husband and I arrived at the office and started a scandal, a manager came to us, who sent a request and our bags began to be sent to the desired city. As a result, only one suitcase arrived, it was broken! There is no information about the location of the other suitcase. The only thing they say in the company is to call the hotline, there is only one phone number for all of Canada and they stop receiving calls at 5:30 pm. When I said that their company is terrible, the employee only calmly replied, “ok, thanks.” Employees are completely unwilling to help passengers whose luggage they have lost. At what they lose luggage regularly! Every 2 days we went to the airport to find out information about our luggage and met people whose luggage also did not arrive. I absolutely do not advise you to fly with this company if your luggage is more than hand luggage!!
K	Kelly M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the most part, WestJet is one of favourite airlines to fly! The staff are generally friendly. Not always, but the majority are very customer service oriented. One problem that I have is food allergies. I can never have the snack on the flight, or purchase items. It would be nice if they are more accommodating to people with food allergies. Instead of rolling your eyes at me when I say I can’t eat that, try to understand that it will make me very sick. Also, times are extremely stressful for everyone. You don’t know what those passengers are on a flight for. So please, be kind always. You are in the field of customer service, and that always should be your top priority.
