★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is good, but the food is terrible. I have never had a meal that I have been overly impressed with at Browns. The ambience is nice and we stop in for a drink, but no longer go in for a meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not a huge fan of the layout of the development. The yards are small or non existent if you want a decent garage or suite. Everything is extremely close together, and there is very little parking. Not the most kid friendly layout. Yes, there is a park, but I would just like to have a nice yard they can go out and play in whenever they want. Going for a walk to the park is a fun activity, but not every day. On the plus side, the layouts are decent and the finishes are nice. It may be for you, just not me, lots of other areas that tick more boxes. I found a lot more value down Happy Valley. Larger home, larger lot, more parking, more space between the homes, and proper sized streets. ?
