D	Deanna Pearson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived at this apartment for a while now. It is in a nice quiet residential area and within walking distance to all amenities including Tri Leisure Centre. The apartments themselves are clean and quiet with modern décor and new appliances. Very happy here.

Changed management so many times I've lost count had to fight to have them fix my dishwasher had to call ahs to get my carpet fixed as it was a safety hazard to not only me but my 2 boys and paying for what should be a 2 bedroom is really a 1 bedroom plus a den as the second one does not have a cloest in it. Glad I'm moving out and paying couple hundred less a month than i do now

Does anyone get their damage deposit back i wonder? And who are these 5 star posters, do they even live in this apartment, i would say no. short time i was there i went thru a few resident managers and each was a bit worse than the next, one ever stole the cash rent paid then disappeared. i found that out when i got my eviction notice for not paying rent. 5 stars really? where we you living before 97 street in the city?
M	M S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented at West Grove, Do not bother cleaning your apartment, or even giving proper notice, as no matter what you do, or how hard you clean they will just keep your full damage deposit anyways. Is it a coincidence that their inflated costs equal your full damage deposit... i think not. I asked to see detailed invoices not just their made up numbers and they are ignoring me. So kiss your damage deposit goodbye when you move, no matter what you do, they will keep it all anyways.

Cleaning staff did a great job of keeping the halls and common areas looking great. Maintenance did a superb job of dealing with any issues that came up. I would definitely recommend this building.

Smoking is only allowed on the balconies and those smoking marijuana are evicted. As an asthmatic I appreciate this very much.

Competent management assures a safe and comfortable environment. I've found residents (children included) to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. - I enjoy living here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to call home.
a	arleen rosales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in this building since October 2012, for 5 years at unit 301 and when my family came to Canada last August 2017 we transferred to unit 315 which is a lot bigger and more comfortable for us. We didn't have any issues whatsoever with regards to the management or the building itself, we have been very happy and contented with our stay, the only reason why we are moving out is because we already bought a house. I feel sad to leave, because this building had been my comfort and shelter for so many years, but i think it is time for me and my family to move on and build our future.. Thank you very much to the management and staff of Westgrove Manor. You will forever be a part of our lives.
