★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for a transfer form to fill out and the assistant manager there said I didn't need it. I pleaded with her because the person I'm sending money to needs to know my address, so he can ship me my product. The assistant manager didn't want me filling that form and said I can just text the seller. After the transaction, I see a bunch of transfer forms on the side. Very unprofessional and disappointing. This is the first time I've given one star to anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't used western union for awhile. The asian old lady who attended to me today needs a basic training in customer service. It was very uncomfortable, there was no greeting at all or parting information regarding the transaction. I couldn't stand it, I immediately took my transaction paper and got out as soon as possible. I'm not surprised that past reviews are not good as well. If there's a zero in the rating scale, I'll rate the service as 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute garbage service. The person working there refused to do her job citing some bogus policy that I've never heard of.
I've used another western union before just 2 weeks ago near my home and not once was I told this. Dont go here. Hopefully gets knocked down when they redevelop that area.
