★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend anybody buy anything from Western truck centre. They promise you the world as in great product and good customer service that is untill you sign. Then you are nothing and get nothing but excuses and blaming others but nothing gets done. We purchased a rv from this company and if you are looking for an rv your family can enjoy then I would say turn around and head as far away from this place as possible.

They've never once have tried to forcefully sell me anything, nor have they ever lied to me about anything. I've dealt on a few vehicles with a few of the sales people including Mat, Nathan and Taryn within the last couple months, the latest being last week. Very professional and respectful. Customer service exceeded expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could, I would rate this company in the negatives for sure. I would advise anyone considering any product from this place to run away as fast as you can.
I previously bought a used vehicle from this company. Less than 30 days from having it, we ran into issues. We brought it to multiple mechanics, the last one we brought it to which was the same dealership as the make of the vehicle. I was told the engine needed to be replaced. So a vehicle just bought from this dealer was failing. I got ahold of the manager and they informed me that they are not responsible. I did more picking into the car and found maintenance records ranging back 3 years, when the previous owner was having the same issues we were having with the car. The dealership took 6 months to reply to any email sent to them from us or the agencies we spoke with. When they did reply they offered 150 dollars, of a 5500 dollar engine replacement.
At the end of the day these guys sold me a vehicle that was failing and knowingly did it. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesman is a liar. Told us the fridge in the rv would be replaced with new just to make the sale. Found a ton of other issues, After a month of continuous calls, nothing happened, missed any camping that was remaining, got fed up told them to come get the trailer. I paid part in cash and part on cc. They kept the cash and put the entire amount on my cc. Never again will I set foot in that place.
