★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hit and miss. I guess it's hard working for the weston family, I'll give the workers the benefit of doubt that they hate being there more than me. At least i don't have to spend my days there. Something about the loblaw group just makes people uppity. In any case this place hasn't changed with the times. Happy everytime i go to retrieve my trailer when it hasn't been smacked up by others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 star if possible .because the staff at the reception for deliveries is terrible. None of them ever smile .they talk to you in a way like they are doing you a favour. Have visited the place for delivery about 6 times and same result . They need a strong retraining .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given a choice , I would never even give a single start to This place as it’s full of hypocrites , rude mean unprofessional upper management.I joined this company thinking it will provide an amazing working environment but to my surprise it was worse than hell. I was racially targeted , tortured and pulled down at every point. Senior supervisors ( Br**n and st**e) we’re insecure and had absolutely no vision. The only thing they did was to humiliate , pull down, poke and put stress on the staff. HR in this organization is never there to help. All my request, pain and agony fell on deaf ears and finally After 7.5 year of my hard work I had to leave this company to end my torment and finally relieved myself from getting suffocated in this environment which I will describe as “ worse than any nightmare”.
Loblaws might be great but people running the Winnipeg distribution centre are just dictators who want to rule and not win. Being racially abused, discriminated and tormented for 7.5 years and still not given a right to grow and prosper, now after resigning I can finally say that I survived hell and now better future awaits.
Please don’t spoil your life by joining this Winnipeg distribution centre.
