Opted to pay off my claims and was told by them if I did that my premiums wouldn't change and it wouldn't go on my record etc. Gave them the money to pay off my claims, which was a substantial sum, and they applied it to my insurance for the year instead of paying off my claims with it without telling me. Even though I was talking with them face to face and told them I wanted to pay off my claims. So now I'm stuck paying $10,000 ($830ish/month) a year for insurance for the next 2 years. F-you western financial, you screwed me out of not only money but a chance to get ahead in life for once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is just awful. They don't care about the customer at all. I had both my home insurance and car insurance here. I tried to cancel my car insurance and they wouldn't let me. They didn't even try to help. I'm never going here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an inquiry about changing my comprehensive on my wife’s new vehicle. The whole visit was very uncomfortable. I’ve had decent customer service from this place before but there is one lady there that treats you like your being pulled over for speeding. I’ll miss your drive through window but going into HUB and being treated better is well worth it.
