β β β β β Went there to change my banking details for my insurance with a Direct deposit form which I usually print out from my online banking and I was told by the representative working there that they canβt use it coz itβs not bank stamped. I have to go all the way to the bank and then the teller working at the bank told me that itβs weird they asked that coz most of the banks donβt use stamps anymore as all the clients have online banking and they can print their void chq or direct deposit online. It was frustrating coz I have to go back and forth and it didnβt make sense to me as in that case why would we need online banking.?? But the representative working at SGI was really good and also apologized for the trouble.
