Ashlynn was so pleasant and helpful that I left with a smile on my face despite having just paid a hefty fine. Now that's customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with a few things to do, didn't get ANY of them sorted out, but the main thing was to register a business in AB. They not only gave us the WRONG information, but when I disagreed the agent rolled her eyes, was super condescending and told me to go do more research "hun". She wanted to charge me $775 to register my business and it would have been the wrong paper work. also it was going to take DAYS to get done.
Called a different registry, and they agreed, that was the wrong information, and would have been the wrong thing. They completed the requested task for LESS THAN HALF of the price of these people and had it done, over the phone, and via email in less than 2 hours.
I WILL NOT go back to this registry. So rude, condescending, WAY over priced, slow, and SO unhelpful. Honestly not worth it. I'm actually really upset at how bad that experience was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my driver's test there yesterday and wasnt impressed with the instructor i did everything she had asked me to she doc me going 66 when I was picking up speed to hit the 80 mark in a 80 zone so wasn't happy about that and the fact how she marked me as I'm unsafe.....she wasnt really paying attention to what I was doing I did my shoulder checks and all that.....while her face glued to a screen even though I did what she asked me to do she still failed me

I took my Class 5 here and the instructor was beyond awesome. It was also nice to see a Female instructor as it's been male dominated for quite some time.
I'll be now going back to get my insurance through this location as I know I can trust the excellent customer care they take over other providers who leave you on hold for hours.

All of the staff have been friendly, accommodating, and great to deal with. I’ve had staff go above and beyond to assist me. Sheila, their designated corporate registry specialist, is amazing to deal with. I can honestly say that I have never had a single unpleasant experience there. This will remain my go-to location for any of my registry needs as long as I have the needs. Keep it up, guys! A true hidden gem out here in our little slice of rural heaven!
