A little hard to find as it is upstairs of a blank building. Large waiting area off the elevator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. My wife went to get insurance for our motorhome and was given a form for a mobile home. Then when I went in with the filled in form I sat and waited while two people that were after me were helped. Then I was asked why we filled our the mobile home form and was told they would get back to me. Still waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and a great place to pick up the Non-ICBC/Private portion of your insurance for cheeper than the ICBC dues. The coverage includes jacket, boots, helmet and and a few other thing in case of an accident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call n inquired about cancelling car insurance. Lady gave me the info. I specifically asked if there a few for cancelling few. Was told no, just come in with plates n the last week of the insurance will be paid back. Waited 30 minutes to finally be seen. Worst customer service EVER is this place. Was the charged 18$ for cancelling plates. Why bother phoning first n waiting 30 min to then be charged for cancelling insurance a week early. Worst customer service. Each time we've been. So glad to be done with this company.
