Then called back about a month later to book in after my bathroom reno was in the appropriate stage for refinishing, which the company knew the job was was be done a little later on in the summer. I have called back multiple times to book in after my quote. Left messages. No call back, noone is answering answering. The one time I called back I even got hung up on.

B	Bashkim Lekaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got Armour Bathtub Reglazing to reglaze a bathtub in one of our rental units in March 2019, Debbie recommended to strip the tub and we agreed for an extra charge. In less than 6 months the tub started to bubble and peel. The tenants didn't complain until a few months later. It had 5 years warranty on it and we told Debbie what happened. She said "you should have told me since it started to happen and that is the tenant's fault, so it's not covered." We really couldn't believe it. In July 2020, we had new tenants move in and we contacted the company again, she said I will come and redo it for $200 charge and we gave them another tub to reglaze. The tub was reglazed on July 22, 2020. On September 14, 2020, we got a message from the new tenant that the bathtub is peeling again and on the same spot as it was before. We contacted Debbie and she did the same thing, blaming us. Then she said I can fix it, but I have to charge time and material. Bathtub refinishing products is supposed to walk on it. We have to add that both tenants were very nice and gentle people. We won't use them again and neither should anyone, unless they want to throw money away.
