They will leave the kids unsupervised at naptime to chat in another room while the kids are jumping up and down on their beds, very dangerous. They will put their legs on the kids at naptime to forcibly keep them in their place, claiming it "helps them calm down" and yell at the kids on a regular. They talk about the parents behind their back frequently. I once heard the daycare educators having a discussion about how they don't believe in babying children and they would hit their own.
If you're looking for a daycare that follows developmentally appropriate practice, this isn't it.
