★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely one of the easiest transactions ever when purchasing a new vehicle. Started off last year emailing a bunch of greater Edmonton toyota dealers, Dave White got back to me almost right away. From there everything was super smooth, even waiting for the vehicle to come wasn't bad as Dave kept me updated. I cannot recommend Dave White enough, if your in the market for new vehicle he is definitely your guy! 11/10 would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience and customer service was fantastic. Danny, who was our initial sales associate was wonderful to work with. He was able to find our vehicle this year suppose to waiting till spring 2022. We were able to pick up the vehicle early which was unexpected. The manager (Jason) assisted us with the vehicle pickup and everything was explained thoroughly. Thank you so much and highly recommend this dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the greatest experience here at West Edmonton Mall Toyota. I want to thank Omar, my car sales men, so much for being so kind, genuine, knowledgeable and respectful. He made this experience so easy and smooth for me. I had gone to other dealerships prior to this one and had really bad experiences with the salesman more interested in their deal rather than helping me find my dream truck. Thanks to them it led me to come here which worked out in the end. Omar really seem to have a genuine interest in helping me find my dream truck and was very patient and had a lot of good knowledge about different vehicles in the lineup. His customer service skills were excellent definitely rate them a 11 out of 10. Thank you so much to the team that helped me throughout this entire process I will definitely be recommending friends and family to West Edmonton Mall Toyota here in Edmonton!

I have 7 seater larger SUV.
It has never been detailed and has been well used for the last 9 years.
- 2 kids in hockey
-2 kids in baseball… shale, dirt, pebbles
Road trips, food etc.
This car looked like it was NEW again, inside and out.
I’m beyond pleased. The customer service was decadent and I absolutely loved the whole experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly great customer service here. No pitch. No gimmick. Renee was awesome. We had laughs and made my wife and I feel comfortable. He showed me around the whole place. You could see he was proud of it. The place is massive! He said it was the biggest in Canada! And Varan (finance department) Hahaha. He was great as well. He works sooo hard and is sooo dedicated that he asked us to call him the next day but wasn't aware he had a day off loool. All good buddy! You deserve time off! Big pat on the back for both of those guys. Myron as well! I hope that's his name. The finalizing day he took good care of us and gave his genuine honest opinion. And when we weren't interested in the add-on, he simply understood and said okay. Jodi was great too. Didn't meet her but spoke on the phone. She was great and very helpful! Go here. Look around. No pressure. Just check out the new models!
I purchased a Tacoma 2016 with 77 clicks for very affordable price. There is a beautiful grey Supra there at the entrance that I was drooling on as well! Please omit from video footage. Lool.
Great culture means great staff who are happy and so great management. Really happy with the service and I will be a regular here for sure. Go to the burger joint across the street! Had a nice vehicle collection not only Toyota but many other brands were in display. Was dealing with Ravindu and he was such a wonderful gentleman. No pressure at all and very patient. Can recommend Ravindu as a wonderful sales associate and this dealership without any hesitation.
