I’ve had sunny as my driver on a couple of occasions and he was very friendly and outgoing. They’re never late and even on one occasion gave me a free bottle of champagne as a thank you. I couldn’t imagine taking another limo service again.

Neglected to confirm price and send me an email with confirmation of date and price. All said and done he charged me $100 more than originally quoted. Did not honor his price and was slow to confirm.

Paid for two hours ( their minimum booking) to pick up daughter and friends from commencement at their high school and bring them to harrison hotsprings less than 20 min away plus a "joy ride" until dinner at 8pm. Commencement ran long and instead of getting out at 645 as predicted the ceremony went until 720pm. It was at this time I recieved a text from the driver saying the service expired at 730. I of course immediatley left the gym and went to speak with the driver. I told him I paid for 2 hours, he handed his phone to me to speak with the owner who just repeated " you are stuck with him". I asked the driver what that meant and he said he wasnt sure, he believed the boss had had a few drinks and was watching the game. I told him we paid 250 already to make our childs day special and she would be broken hearted to come out and see her limo driving away. The driver assured me it was fine, he would sort it out as the owner was like a second father. Relieved and greatful that he was willing to iron it out I gave him a large tip. Today 3 days later I find an additional charge has been applied to my credit card of 75 dollars without my consent or a phone call. We have now paid a total 425 dollars for a 20 min limo ride. I feel extremely taken advantage of as we were at their mercy to preserve the day. We will be contacting the better buisness bureau as well. Do not use this company.

Early for picking us up, and very courteous and professional, and our driver helped our Nana who has mobility issues get in and out of the limo which was above and beyond. We would definitely recommend them!

Our driver Wassim was very friendly and was always on time for each pick up that night. We all enjoyed their service and all got home safe at the end of the night. I will definitely use their services again!

He was courteous, friendly and very attentive, always opening doors and taking pictures when asked. He made sure to provide clear and open communication, when required. Having used limo services before, from various different companies throughout BC, I have been most impressed by West Coast Limo and will definitely use them again! The whole experience left all 10 of us with the best memories of a great day!
