★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landscaper - Spoke to a lady, who placed an order for me, 73 rolls on May 12, 2022 for pick up May 19th . Was given a total of $408.04 and was told I could pick up anytime after 10am. On May 19th I drove 2 hours to get there arrived at a soil facility with no signage for a turf supplier. Once in the office I explained I was there for a pick up. The woman behind the desk looked at me astonished for a few seconds before replying I had to make an order. I informed her I did, she immediately become flustered checked the clipboard and said no, you were supposed to call before you come in. She said she had no sod for me. I am beyond livid, regardless of whether or not she failed to even place the order - she proceeded to try to place the blame on me, arguing that she told me I needed to call in first, the morning of, to confirm the order yet again ( she did not). Now I have 6 very angry clients who were scheduled for sod deliveries today I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS 'BUSINESS'
