We had quite a tricky, extremely time-sensitive, multi-factored situation with the closing of our mortgage and Shannon rolled with every twist and turn. I should also add that she was always there to take my calls when I was overthinking something or worrying and I never got off the phone with her feeling like my concerns weren't relieved. She's very knowledgeable, quick thinking, flexible, and is no stranger to complex issues. I am so grateful we had her to help us through this stress and would recommend her every time.
