★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No voicemail. I am a new client and got called into work this morning. Called in access of 5 times between 8:30 - 8:50 when there considered to be “open” to reschedule my appointment that was meant for 8:30am and no one answered. Terrible receptionist if there even is one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely basic healthcare very limited appointment times and dates, extremely hard to get a consistent answer from the staff. Too much misinformation between staff and it doesn't meet the needs of the patients Only good thing is the parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just delisted myself as a client. I was going to anyways, because I live in Ottawa, but man alive trying to get ahold of this office was nearly impossible. When I finally did, and told the lady the difficulties I had she didn’t care whatsoever. I also informed her of the rest of the reviews that have the same problem as me: if you need to make a doctors appointment and nobody ever picks up the phone, then how are you supposed to make an appointment? (THEY ALSO DO NOT HAVE A VOICEMAIL SO GOOD LUCK) Nobody has hours in a day to try and get ahold of their doctors office. If you can find a different doctor, highly recommend that you do...

The people in this building have helped me to change my life take care of all needs in a very positive atmosphere! They treat you like a friend or family! Would give 10 stars if possible! Keep up the awesome service and compassion!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were great to deal with and Dr. Denis was a very nice OB… except for during labour, I was given a medication I specifically asked not to have… it caused me a lot of grief afterwards. Wouldn’t recommend this place since a person’s medical rights are not respected. But if you enjoy medical malpractice, this is the place to go!
