★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, do not go there! I went to have my winter tires put on deciding to support a local business. Big mistake! Had them put on Monday evening, Tuesday on my drive to/from work I had not 1, but 2 hubcaps fall off my car while I was driving! Called the owner of the shop telling him what happened and he said he didn't believe me, telling me it was my fault. Never had a hubcap fall off my car before. I told him I wouldn't be supporting them anymore, and want everyone in Springwater Township/Barrie area to avoid this place! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and incompetent. I kept using him cause he’s convenient but I’ve been dissatisfied on numerous occasions. The most recent was when I brought my car in because the power steering had seized. I told Wessam specifically that it was leaking and that I’d already tried to fill it with steering fluid and that, that didn't work.
He put it on the hoist, added steering fluid and charged me $59.55 for labour and fluid and sent me home with it. It worked for literally 5 minutes. I returned the car and asked that he fix it for real and to not charge me for 1/2 hour labour that he’d already charged me for. He was rude and bullying. I ended up paying for labour a second time, the part, (which is fine) and a second dose of steering fluid to the tune of 500 bucks.
This is how he treats a customer that has been going to him for around 15 years. He doesn’t deserve your business if you are a new customer and looking for a nice mechanic. Also, as a side note, I think he treats female clients worse than male.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on a 2 hour trip when my parking brake sensor started going on and off. I pulled into Wessam Auto Repair. I was tended to immediately. Martin diagnosed the issue right away. 3 highlights were that it was no charge, he answered all my questions without being treated different because I was female and lastly, the sensor never came back on for the rest of the trip
