★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus broke down on the way to the Rockies took them 11 hrs to send us a new bus. The driver was nice but both buses were super old do not recommend this company for long trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had them chartered for 2 nights to transport for dinner and return. He was supposed to pickup between 5 to 6pm and then return between 9 to 10pm. Our agreement was to be at our Hotel at 5:00 (both days driver arrived late). Second night he only picked 2 trips and decided to not come back for the 3rd trip (ride between dinner and hotel was less than 7 minutes). We had more than 30 people waiting for more than 30 minutes until we realized and called dispatch. Dispatch located the driver and then driver lied to dispatch that someone in our group told him he does not need to go back (in fact we had multiple people during the drop off told him to go back). I will never use their services regardless of price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Catherine from Wescan Charter Bus did an excellent job accommodating our tour. She was attentive, flexible with the changes, and promptly communicated all the details to me. The rates are reasonable and fair. The bus was clean, well-maintained, and had ample of spaces. Big shout out to our bus driver, Charlie, who drove us safely around the city. His driving skills is impressive! We also appreciate our lovely tour guide, Doris, who was so sweet and calm. Our team had a really good time despite the rainy weather. We couldn't have done this tour without these amazing people. Thank you so much!
