★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had close to a dozen experiences with different real estate lawyers trying to buy or sell properties. It always felt like buying a burger at McDonalds, like, ‘Sign here, sign here and here. Congratulations!’.
Natalia was totally different she payed attention to every detail to protect my wife’s and I interest when purchasing our first marital home. Most importantly, she had a genuine and natural interest in helping us navigate through the many different details and intricacies involved in a home transaction. Many of which I have heard for the first time, despite it not being the first time I had purchased a home. for example she made sure that utilities and electricity bills are taken care of by the selling party despite being due after the closing date.
Just a very pleasant experience throughout. A lawyer I would highly recommend. I will definetly use Werhun Law on our next real estate transaction, and would recommend to all friends and family.
