★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give a no star review waited at the drive through order station for 10 min no can u plz wait completely pulled up to the only open window and got told I didn't wait so they wouldn't take my order had to walk in to the store at -27. Waited in line as worker chatted with a customer to have my order taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Wendy's was a timely break for me on my night drive. It was only 3km off Hwy 17 and had no crowd (which is important to study the menu and ask the clerks for suggestions.
And I agree with one of the other reviews: the chicken strips /nuggets were indeed spicy and tasty, and I should have bought a second portion right away! Remember to turn south at the light, and enjoy your break !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give no stars my buddy ordered something they got his order wrong, he politly told them they got it wrong they rolled their eyes and gave no apoligies and we heard them talk trash about us and clearly showing frustration towards us for them not hearing properly and getting the order wrong, he ordered a daves single and a poutine and they gave him 4 chicken strips. I think they need re training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm pretty sure most people are familiar with Wendy's or a similar type restaurant. Food is (okay) good, service is typical fast food, and prices are typical fast food. No glaring problems with this place, and no amazing qualities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very few employees at this location EVER speak. They just shove the debit machine at you, no words. There was a mature lady there who spoke but the young ones don't know anything about customer service. Probably the manager doesn't either. Cold,stale fries and a cold chicken sandwich. Last time

Fries are always fresh and crispy! Burgers are always so fresh like they literally just came off the grill! Super impressed with quality here! They definitely care about their customers! The elderly woman that works there is the sweetest thing ever! She is such a lovely lady! Always enjoy seeing her and how hard she works. Koodos to her! I hope she is recognized for how outstanding she really is there! She deserves the recognition! The rest of the staff are fast and efficient, also super friendly! They are a great team there! They never seem to mess up any of my orders....ever. This is my favorite Wendy's in Renfrew County.
