★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't get an order right to save their lives... twice in the same evening! Be careful when ordering from here... double and triple check the items you receive and are charged for... we ordered once this evening with five things ordered... they messed up on two items... and then we tried and gave them another chance... and they still screwed up ! Of those two items they still got it all wrong. Be mindful! Check your receipts and your orders from this place. Good grief!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place for the first time in quite awhile. Had a large order so I went inside rather then plug up the drive thru. Stood in front of the counter for a good ten minutes with not one employee acknowledge my presence or take my order. 2 employees in different uniforms (management?) were chatting, and though they both looked at me, neither acknowledged my presence.
Took my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never been disappointed with eating at a Wendy's but today was the day. It's as if the food was a day old and was reheated to be served today. My double stack burger's buns weren't soft. The chicken strips were crusty and the fries weren't crispy. Not sure if I would order from this location (Scott Road) again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was cold, and little sharp stem piece was still with the tomato slice I had to spit that out, what a horrible experience! I have had great experiences with other locations of Wendy’s, that’s how I got hooked on their burger, now this location just changed my mindset towards their burgers. I am never going back to this location! People please turn around before pulling up here! And customer service just horrible, this one girl I think the supervisor basically shooed me away (wanted to get rid of me very fast when I was about to pick up my order)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please update your hours if your going to close by 1am. I go in drivethru and I pass by and they turned off the lights! If you guys close at 1am please update your hours as it still says 2am. Just thought management should know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst fast food places I have ever been to. The average experience here being told the system isn't working so you have to come inside. Wait 5-10 minutes before they even acknowledge you because they are more focused on mobile order than serving people in the restaurant. Once the food is ordered it will then take 10-15 minutes boxes you get your food and something will be missing from your order, made wrong or both. I've been coming to this location for about 15 years as it's the only Wendy's even remotely close to my house and it has not improved in any way shape or form

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Wendy’s for lunch on Feb 22, 2022, the one on 9412 Scott Road surrey, this is what I found in my spicy chicken burger, I found mud on my lettuce.. I guess they don’t wash there lettuce here... it was really disgusting, never gonna go back to this Wendy’s ever again. Worst Wendy’s ever and the employees are so slow and the restaurant is always dirty..
