M	Marilyn Jack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very unhappy with the fact that I drove 15 minutes to get Wendy's food understanding they are open until 11 p.m. Arrived to find them closed 15 minutes early. If your going to set hours then they should be kept. Do the closing process that you can but the cooking should be open until the actual closing time.

I asked for the owners number or a managers number which she refused. Bad business bad for wendys, if you don't like your job Julie, there's other options out there.
A	Anna Laird on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst fast food experience. Made us wait 45 minutes for a 2 burger order just to tell us it didn’t go through and we would have to order again. The manager (Sasha) was very rude so we asked for a refund. We travel very often through Napanee and will never stop here ever again. The lineups at the drive through and in the store were very long, and yet majority of the employees were standing around. Don’t waste your time here.

I pointed out sign said till 10:30am...counter person was very rude and tossed the coupons back to me and said we're not serving breakfast and we've run out...was not impressed with her attitude...Tummies down the street...Egg/Bacon ona biscuit was very good...Wendy's you lost a customer...your counter person needs to a have an attitude adjustment!!!

Told other staff, seems that these places are getting worse. Low pay brings in the wrong people, she would be good somewhere but not where being patient is a requirement. Food was warm, typical Wendy's, it's never hot.

Never had any issues from this location. Unfortunate this place gets a lot of mixed reviews - maybe it’s because I don’t go here at peak times and avoid issues.
