I got a steak from there a few days ago,( I've never had resh meat from a butcher before) and it was the best steak I've ever made. Also got some deli meats and some tarts, all of it was spot on!! The price is a bit higher but it's totally worth it. Plus it's a local business so that helps. Will go back there 100%. I recommend everyone to at least go there once!
J	John Freamo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic stop for any foodie around Guelph or the tri-cities. It's produce and other food are all top-notch. A fantastic meat counter. It's spotlessly clean and the staff are all friendly. It's a fun place for kids as well. There are a few farm animals, including some goats, ponies, donkeys and rabbits. And there is a play structure out back so it makes groceries a bit of a fun mission for littles. Pro tip: Try the Mad Mexican tortilla chips. Not the first thing you think of when you think "country market" but they are elite chips. Can't recall seeing that brand before and now I'll be in the lookout for them.

I work in Fergus and live in Guelph so I go every Thursday night, I now have a group of co-workers I pick up meat for as they tried it on my recommendation. I can call my order in that morning and it is ready when I get there. LOVE this place!

It was tasty and easy to finish up cooking since all the prep work was done. I will be back to buy more sausages!

They have the best bacon in all of Guelph, I only buy from here now. Their sausages are amazing too, and every beef cut we’ve ever bought here was great! This is a nice place for kids (and adults) too because they have a play area + goats, mini ponies, etc. to look at in the back, and a bunny house up front!
