They are very rude, especially Ashley who I haven’t personally talked to but wasn’t impressed with what I’ve heard around the building on how she treats people and her “job” in the office she’s barely in. My neighbor on the 7th floor has seen her coming into the office with shopping bags from the mall while it’s company hours.. which isn’t a major problem but shouldn’t you be in the building while you’re supposed to be working the hours set out for you?... The building is overpriced for all the noise and garbage you have to deal with.
T	Todd Baker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is alright, good location. Seems like the upper management over at the main office where we pay rent have fallen behind in their billing practices. We cant pay for our rent using online banking here, we have to get a check from our bank to pay or drive to the main office and walk up 3 flights of stairs to pay using your debt. All in all I rate this place 2 stars. Location is good but everything else Is meh

S	Suzanne Paintin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am posting this review for my mother. She lives at 277 Wellington Crescent. "Hi my name is Dianne Kennaugh, I have lived in Wellington Arms for over 7 years. I recently renewed my lease for another year mostly because of the excellent work done here by the building manager Joe and because of the excellent work by Lawrence the care taker. I also appreciate the policy regarding pets. In my long years in the work force, I learned that some people excelled in administrative policies, while others excelled in inter personal relationships. A few people excel in both areas and is true for both Joe and Lawrence. I wish to give my commendation both Joe and Lawrence for their work. I will continue to live here while this level of work exists. Sadly during my over 7 years years living here this has not been the case for all of the building managers. Thank you for the opportunity to express my opinions. Dianne Kennaugh
S	S B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here for two years and I quite enjoyed it :) Ashley was always nice and professional with me, I was truly surprised to see someone had a problem with her professionalism. That's a tough job though, you can't keep everyone happy ? I was recently over visiting a friend that I made while I lived there and I was pleased to see management has really begun upgrading the building and grounds. It was nice before but it's going to be beautiful when they're done!

We came from owning our own home for 30 years so our expectations were quite high. The building manager Joe and Caretaker Lawrence have gone above and beyond to make this building a great place to live. Joe's professionalism is even more evident during these trying Pandemic times. Thanks to Lawrence's efforts guests and friends of ours often comment on how clean the common areas are.
