★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the office 2 days in a row to drop off forms between 230 PM and 300PM and found it to be empty and ample opportunity for service at the front reception. There is an elevator on ground floor for wheelchairs, strollers, etc.

And then the lady answered that if I dont get it Monday to call back and send a new one and as I went to speak she said "okay bye". I cannot believe the ignorance with some people. What a system we have -_-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worker was not helpful at all. Have mental disabilities and she keeps asking for dates and paperwork after paperwork, with no help on how to get this paperwork. Also blamed me for not getting forms from them like the rights and responsibilities. It is their job to provide these papers not mine when I don't know what I have to ask for in the first place.
