I booked a dishwasher install and needed to get a part replaced. After β€œinstall” I realized the dishwasher had not been levelled so was tilting forward, not secured to the counter so would tilt even more, electrical plate was not put back on so there were exposed wires, it was left sitting on and squishing one of the tubes and it wasn’t even pushed back into the counter. And they said the job had been finished. so as soon as I would add weight to the dish racks all of my dishes would roll out of the dishwasher?? . I had to take the whole thing out and get my father to install it. I payed for a part and an install and just got the part. I also tried calling them to explain what was going on and was told someone would call me back.... 1 week ago. Super disappointed :(

I ordered a dryer part on Friday December 4th and it was shipped out that day from Terrace to Prince Rupert. Excellent....then... On Friday December 11th (7 days later) I called to inquire about part as it had not arrived by Canada Post. They said they would look into it and call me back right away. On Monday December 14th I had still not received a call. I called them and after inquiring within their office they said they just shipped it out that morning. It had been 10 days since I ordered the part, paid in full by credit card. I tried to cancel order but couldn't as it was in the mail....apparently... I try to shop locally but should have ordered the available part from Amazon.ca. It would have been here in 3 days and free shipping. Customer service does not exist anymore. If service companies aren't making hundreds or thousands of dollars off customers and service calls why should sending out a $29 part matter to them?

Just great! Needed a part for our twenty-year-old stove, and were looking at a week or two of not being able to use our oven if we ordered it online (assuming no delays, which, I mean, these days?), so we took the part number down to Webb, and had it in our hands not five minutes later, and at a reasonably comparable price, and right away, too (it doesn't get any faster than "Here you go!"). Plus, they were extremely reassuring about how easy it would be to swap out the part (and they were right). Had our oven back up and running in time to cook dinner that very day, the day after it went down. Just a super simple, easy purchase. Thanks, guys!
