Ron inspected a printer I planned to purchase and provided some maintenance services before shipping. He discussed his findings and what he thought about the printers condition and helped me make an informed choice on buying the unit. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Ron out twice and superb service each time. I had been down a couple days and desperately needed help. Ron even helped over the phone to see if I could get it up running myself. Awesome guy and very very knowledgeable. Any other place recommends a replacement of the head (which isn't necessary) as their go to which doesn't solve the problem save for draining your bank account. Ron looks at everything and takes care of it.

In an attempt to troubleshoot an issue my flatbed printer (Agfa H3200i) was having, I decided to reach out. Having dealt with multiple printer manufacture’s service teams in the past, I was very excited to see what help a third party company like this could be to us. Needless to say, I am glad that I made the call.
I was working with Ron, a technician at We Repair Printers, and after a couple quick emails and 1 phone call, we had the issue figured out. I was then able to accurately order the part that I needed, and wire it up to resolve this issue 100%
The best part of this whole experience was how willing they were to help me, for no reason other than to help. When we have to call in a technician from Agfa directly, we’re looking at hundreds of dollars just to speak to a tech on the phone, thousands of we need one on site.
We Repair Printers did not ask for a penny, and went above and beyond with their help.
I look forward to working with this great company again!
