I would like to take the opportunity to recognize Lucy Clemenson as being a true customer service specialist. I originally found myself with another insurance brokerage who made so many errors on my application, meanwhile I needed this for my house closing as I was taking possession the following week. In a panic, I called WayPoint insurance in Qualicum Beach to find a new Personal Insurance Specialist, and I was blessed to have received a follow up call from Lucy.
Lucy immediately recognized the sense of urgency I needed to get a policy to ensure all the pieces were in place for the possession of my new home. She ensured that my file was top priority due to time sensitivity. Her follow-up, diligence, kindness and empathy was above and beyond what we expected. I have been working in the luxury hospitality industry for the last 10 years, and I was absolutely blown away by Lucy's professionalism and service. I will be recommending her service to everyone and anyone because of how impressed I was with her service.
