★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. Alex Love, yes we as a business need to discuss legal options with customers that originally refuse to pay their bill. But the part that I corrected you on in regards to the 125% fee was referring to the situation where, if I had to place a lein on the property due to lack of payment that the owner would need to put 125% of the lein's amount in to a lawyer's trust until the court case was settled, then the funds would be dispursed as ruled on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ air to air exchanger installed. Company did not adjust quote when additional work was added and it resulted in double the agreed upon price. Actual work was sub par with mess being left everyday by worker. Upon completion of job no supervisor checked work that was being done and as a result the vent grates were never installed and the air venting was left with excessive dips. Would not recommend. This company also mislead me in telling me I needed 125% of my bill to file in a court of small claims. This is wrong, disputes under $2000 cost $25 to file paperwork. Graham uses threats of legal action to resolve my customer issues.
