★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure how this place has a 4 star rating. I would give it zero stars if I could however, a 1 star is what they will get undeservingly.
This place has the worst customer service we have ever experienced, in more than one aspect of the company and in more than one department.
Workers are clueless and are in need some CS courses in addition to life skills and common sense.
Sales is an absolute joke. I feel sorry for any of the companies who are trying to have their product sold here because the sales guy isn’t helping your business in anyway. The sales are actually being hindered at this location I can assure you from experience.
Thanks for nothing Watson’s. We will never be doing business with you again, once was enough. It really is too bad considering how much my company spends yearly on supplies.
