★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Communication and explanation of work to be done with a detailed estimate. Photos of work and any follow-up answers post waterproofing were also part of the job. It was done quickly and efficiently with a team of pros. Highly recommend John and his Waterproof Masters team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used their service for external waterproofing. They didn't finish the work and lacked professionalism. They promised to put the gravel in the area they had dug to do the waterproofing but they took so long to do it and after multiple follow ups they put in only on the 5 feet rest 20 feet they left unfinished. They are among the most expensive ones when it comes to pricing but they lack the quality and finishing. The owner of the company promised to do the camera inspection to see if there are any blockages in the drainage only to never fulfil it. Anyone planning to use their services can certainly check ours to get an idea.
