★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived on site at 6:55 for a 7pm ride. Not much direction as to where to go. Found our way to Car 2 and boarded. No one asked for our tickets or Vaccine proof. Not very reassuring. The staff on board were very friendly and the kids had a lot of fun with Santa and Scrooge. The elves were great and we played games and sang. The train rocked back and forth quite a bit and seemed unusual. I have been on other trains and never noticed that. Happy we went but not sure I would go again. They pull the train out of the station so everyone can watch it approach. That was fun. There were things outside to see along the way as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful activity for the family. We did the Santa’s Christmas train event. To start, there’s easy access and plenty of parking which really helps with small kids. The train was decorated beautifully and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We loved the little details and the kids were kept busy with activities and songs. Santa was great but so were Scrooge, the elves and the conductor. Thank you for the parting gift of the bell. The kids put it on our tree immediately. We’ll definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a cute little ride, but it was not worth the $100 that I paid for 2 "first class" seats. It was nice to sit on couches rather than regular rail seats, but the shabby car (that smelled a little funny) and the general experience was certainly not $100 nice. Again, a lovely and unique attraction, and I'm glad that proceeds support the restoration, but I am kicking myself for spending that much money for what it was - a slow ride out a straight track and back, only some of which is scenic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time on a train trip. Good experience. Staff were polite and helpful. Tour guide were knowledgeable on the area......and yeah a good of humour too. Clean couch and Lots of photo ops

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my daughter on the Santa Train and I must say that it was much more fun then I thought it was going to be. The staff/volunteers were amazing and so welcoming. It was really a magical adventure! We will definitely be doing it again next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at Santa’s Magical Adventure (Christmas train ride). My son really enjoyed his time on the train. The staff were conscious of health and safety protocols, and the entire event was well organized! I would definitely go again next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful evening aboard Santa's Magical Adventure Christmas Lights Experience. Everyone was wonderful, with visits from Santa and some friends. We played some trivia, listened to stories, and sang some carols. It was a great journey and the fresh snow made it even more festive.
