It is not the first time I come. 5 years ago I have been to Vancouver for visiting. I have transit from Canada LINE to Expo LINE via the waterfront station. It is under a transitional station building over couple decades. Now it is 2021, I have visited again for transition. It is still old school style and not fancy, which is okay for a historical place. The worst thing is that the information plate does not give you a clean direction where you can transit to another LINE. It is been 5 years, this is still a problem for people visiting Vancouver for first view. Really struggling visitors need more information to tranport.

A wonderful old building, used to be the western terminus for cross Canada trains. Now a major transit hub for the Lower Mainland, with a few little shops inside Good to see that there area few older buildings in the Lower Mainland have been repurposed.

Security measures are pretty good, almost all people respect mask policy, and they are not to crowded as they used to before covid-19

Waterfront Station is the major transit terminus of Vancouver. It is located on West Cordova Street in Downtown Vancouver, and is within walking distance of the important places of Downtown Vancouver. Canada Place, Convention Centre, Harbour Cruise terminals, Floatplane terminals, the historical Gastown district, Coal Harbour, and two major universities are located in the vicinity. The building is more than a hundred years old. It has a red brick façade and was designed in the neoclassical style. The station serves as a terminus for the Expo Line and the Canada Line of the Skytrain, as well as the West Coast Express. An overhead walkway connects the station to the floating pier which serves as the platform for the Seabus. The Seabus connects to North Vancouver at Lonsdale Quay at regular intervals of about 20 minutes. HeliJet’s heliport is adjacent to the Seabus concourse, and the floatplane terminal is two blocks west of Canada Place. Hence Waterfront Station is the major transit terminus of Vancouver from where one can travel to different parts of Vancouver city.

Transit in this city rocks. Take the train from the airport and don't forget the buses either. The transit is on time and takes you where you need to go!

It gets 5stars because I forgot my phone on the Canada line coming home from work and I was able to get my phone back. So very grateful for whoever found it and turned it in. Thank you
