Always very prompt replies. The ladies running the dayhomes are amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Between hidden costs and zero flexibility, this was by far the worst child care experience I've had. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are ruthless and only out to make a buck. Complete scam. They do not care about you or your child. You are just a dollar sign to them. I would give them zero stars if i had a choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one picks up call or call back . Finally I realized that they did not even looked up a day home for daughter and said to apply for other day home. I should have started looking for other day home with other centres if I knew it .lost my trust with them .

The prices are better than the other dayhome organizer, and I never had an issue with any of my subsidy. They are prompt to find back up care when needed. Thank you to watch me grow for the comfort of a lovey day home agency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son has been in the care of this agency from 9 months old and we Love his provider, she is family! the office staff are fantastic and have always been helpful and easy to work with- they worked really hard to get me a placement when i was given short notice to return to work early! I recommend them to any one!
