We have never dealt with such a nice company and even everyone that works there are so nice. We never thought We would be so happy with a waste disposal company. We would recommend 100% to anyone. They do illegal pickups in the middle of the night...dragging cans and emptying a large dumpster of an apartment on our street. They have been warned multiple times. I think a lawsuit is in order. Its illegal to pickup garbage before 7am on a residential street. Being woken from a deep sleep 2x with excessive noise is extremely disruptive to having proper sleep. It effects ones daily function.
D	Dr. Steve Knighton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. We shred 10,000 lbs on medical document yearly. X-rays, paper, cardboard, paper clips, anything you could imagine, they take care of. We deal directly with Kyle and the drivers. Phenomenal customer service. Will actually give you an exact time when picking up documents for shredding. Will even call 30 minutes before to confirm. Email / phone conversations are top notch !
o	oh my gyro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from them. They are the most disrespectful company in Toronto. We have been working with them for 5 months and they miss at least one pick up every week and that caused lots of troubles with our neighbours. when we call them about the problems there is no answer, we leave a message and no call return. So they just take your money and leave you with tons of problems.
H	Harry Baals on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid these scammers. 3 times in a row we scheduled garbage pick up, only for them to not even bother to pick it up, and then they have the nerve to charge us for service we never recieved. They're quick to schedule and bill you, but good luck after that, because once you have a complaint, they magically become too busy to respond.

Jacob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasteco has made our lives miserable for over a year, breaking the city's noise by-laws by loudly picking up garbage in the middle of the night two to three times a week. We have contacted them on multiple occasions. After a call, they will respect the city's noise by-laws for maybe a week and then start again. It used to be between 2am and 5am, now it is between 5am and 7am, an improvement--but still disruptive. If you are also experiencing this issue, please contact 311. If you can, try to record the offence with sound. Make note of the date and time. Call for every infraction. Talk to your neighbours and encourage them to file complaints as well. You can also contact the businesses that hire them to let them know what is happening and encourage them to stop using their services. This is our next step before taking legal action.
P	Philip Razac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people simply amaze you for a company sales manager Gary hangs up the phone on you the sale person laughs at you on the phone and rude have a been with this company for over a year they tack extra numbers on your bill and when you call them on it they want to get irate on the phone. Honestly done with this company. I know dealing with the public can be challenging but I am always polite and respectful but this is a company that don’t respect no one and let’s their staff talk to you however they want.
