I really want to ESCAPE from this company!!!! They charged on the 1st of the month (before service provided) but not providing service on time but they have lease agreement so we had no choice? This is the worst company I have ever used. Revolution was not that good but became the worst after purchased by WASTE CONNECTION. The fonts on their agreement are super small, smaller than Nutrition Facts on kids beverage bottle. The important part of the agreement is the lease term. The sales will not let you know if you dont see it. They never pick up on time and will not return your call. You need to provide video evidence to show that no one came to pick up. They always tell you that service has been completed and marked "completed" by drivers. My pick up day is every month 12-15th. They came on 31st last month and it is because I saw their car on next street and asked them to pick up. However, end up I was charged twice on April 1st.2022. And they still didnt pick up for this month yet. I tried to call email but no one answer or arrange it for me. DO NOT use them, you will spend all your time on getting them to pick up your garage !!!

I've used this company for just over 2 years and consistently, there is a missd service once every 2-3 months. Each time they call me to say that driver does not have keys to access the building. I keep explaining that its my business but I don't live there. My conplaints to Customer service person (Celine Sun) was essentially ignored and given a run around. She was most unhelpful. Recently, NO service was provided for over a month. All I got was lies and run around from costomer Service. Only person who was helpful and seemed to care was Mahesh Mohan. He looked out for cusotmers and followed up. He tried his best to bring a fair resolution. Unfortunately, he was also put thru various hoops by the company. I'm not sure what will be the status and who will look out for customers like us if Mahesh ever leaves the company !! Thank you Mahesh.

Mahesh Mohan contacted me to give him a chance to quote me on the services they provide. I found him to be very pleasant and professional. He priced out the bins and I was happy with his pricing, so I signed the contract. I've had a couple of issues that I need him to look at and sort out. Mahesh has always answered his phones and dealt with it all very promptly. After service is really important if you need it, and Mahesh and his company have been responsive. From my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Mahesh for his services.

Since this company as taken over the old one the service is none existent the staff is rude and incompetents' when you call them, they cant even tell you when it will pick up and when they do it doesn't happen. I pay for 3 pick up per week and I'm lucky when I get 2. If you are in the business of renting a disposal bin for your business and if your smart you will look at other company.

It has been about three weeks since our last service. We are beyond capacity and nobody is answering calls or returning messages or emails. Do you still exist? The days they weren't even operating because of snow, Emterra came to empty our recycling bins. Every truck except progressive has driven down our alleyway in the last two weeks so the weather excuse is invalid. This is unsanitary and unacceptable. At least communicate!!

CUSTOMER BEWARE. absolutely the worst service I have ever dealt with. Customer service is horrible. The saying β€œthe customer is always right” doesn’t apply to them because they’re right with the information they provide every time. Every single person I’ve spoken with keeps giving me the runaround and nothing has been rectified. We have a business that’s being billed for services NOT rendered. No pick up in over 3 weeks. Just unbelievable. Then when you call customer service, they sound like they’ll help you asap but nope, nothing. Same story. No pick up. Please do not use this company unless you want to deal with horrible service.

It has been the third month after switching from our previous provider to Waste Connection. Although we experienced quite a bit issues during the transition, Mahesh Mohan was always here to help me resolving the billing, scheduling, and delivery issues. He kept me posted and followed up on every single issue. Excellent customer service!!
