We gave the owner a call and he told us that I was the first person to complain and couldn't do anything about it. Finds out theres A LOT of people complaining and owner not doing anything nor communicating with customers! Yeah thats right you're just showing people you are reaching out by giving your number, email, and a chance to review footage.. Terrible service, never going back again. @lauren, I will gladly share your post on FB to spread the word.

After we got home, we realized that the brushes in the car wash scratched the whole passenger side in many different places, gouged the back passenger side bumper, and scratched up our roof rack. We just got this car in December and it was in perfect condition. We went back and the attendant gave us the owner's number. After multiple attempts to contact him, including several messages left, he did not get back to us. This is extremely poor service and I will tell everyone I know not to use this car wash.
J	Justine Lustig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've never had so much fun in a car wash! The owner was outside spraying bumpers and wheels with a pre-soak and getting all the snow off. It's been a few years since I've seen a drive thru wash with the spinny bits, and these ones are silicone (not cloth like the old kind) so they don't get things stuck in them and they don't scratch. There are lights that change colour so you feel like you're in a lava lamp when the soap comes on. I chose the highest priced wash and it was a very good clean for $20 - - and I didn't have to get out of the car. Bonus.

Vacuum works great and is included with the wash. The people working there are really nice. The only issue is that as you exit there is always a puddle of dirty water and could mess your car again.
