★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le fromage est très bon. Il est fait avec du lait de vaches jersey. Cela lui donne une coloration plus jaune que bien d'autres. Il reste plus frais longtemps. Les gens sont très sympathiques. C'est un lieu convivial autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.
 The cheese is very good. It is made with milk from jersey cows. This gives it a more yellow coloring than many others. It stays fresher for a longer time. The people are very nice. It is a friendly place both inside and outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belle fromagerie avec un bon service. On peut apporter son lunch. Elle vend seulement des fromages et crème glacée. L'été, il y a un kiosque d'un autre producteur de légumes ( pas toujours ouvert).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ votre fromage est vraiment bon peu importe la sorte j'ai toute aimé ceux que j'ai gouté. Il manquerais juste un coin casse-croute avec des poutines pour nourrir les travailleurs des alentours mais sinon rien a dire les prix sont bon et produits de qualité.
your cheese is really good no matter what kind I liked all the ones I tasted. It would just miss a snack corner with poutines to feed the surrounding workers but otherwise nothing to say the prices are good and quality products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sad little shop with small quantities of just a few types of cheese. The cheddar was okay; it's fresh, it's mild, it squeaks when you bite into it. A few days later it stops squeaking and begins to taste more like the cheddar most Americans know. There's a window into the factory. Please count your change carefully if you're American.
