★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good martial arts here, but they lack flexibility in style. The jiu-jitsu is quite strict in the techniques you can learn. Not very open to letting people experiment and figure out their own game of jiu-jitsu. Good instruction if you’re okay with the one style of jiu-jitsu they teach, but quite a bit of ego here at this gym compared to others I’ve been to. The striking class is great, good coach. Prices here are also quite reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps the best no gi jiu jitsu gym in the West Island. This place is so welcoming for beginners & the schedule is great for people working full-time. People are very friendly at that gym, and they make sure you have a great experience. The coaches are excellent as well! Everyone interested should give it a try :) You won't regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place, I had been on a martial arts hiatus for 10+ years and was looking for a place to train again. I'm following the striking class and it's a really nice mix of conditioning, technique, hard body training and there's sparring every single class. There are no ranks or belts, everyone follows the same course. It can get physical but it's something I personally enjoy a lot. Coach Kyle is always willing to answer any questions and shows a lot of respect for his students through his training.
If you like the science behind martial arts, want to learn to defend yourself or just want to get in shape I cannot recommend this place enough!
