Yesterday, I gave the prescription to the pharmacist in Walmart. Surprisingly, he did not accept it. I told what is the problem with the prescription? He simply responded that this seems to be a photocopy. I told so what? It is a print and that is the way it works. He did not behave well and repeated again that this is a copy. I asked the store manager in Walmart and I explained to him that the Pharmacist does not want to do his job and he has non-relevant excuses. The general manager talked to the pharmacist. But, he simply responded that the pharmacy system is different than the store and I have no control over them. I went to Shopper drug mart and they took the prescription and gave me the medications. They gave me excellent service. I am really disappointed with Walmart Pharmacy and the way that person behaved me. It is also disappointing that there is no manager to control them. I have also shared my experience in google reviews part.
Z	Zolinda Mos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up antibiotics for my daughter this evening. Along with two bottles of antibiotic the pharmacist put a syringe in the blue little bin for meds. The syringe was completely without packaging and laying down in the blue dirty bin that was being touched by the employees with bare hands. I Asked if it’s possible to get a syringe which is packaged like shoppers drug mart provides and was told by the pharmacist that this is the only syringe they provide, unpackaged. If I want to to get a packaged syringe I can pay for one. What about infection control?? How is it even sanitary to give a patient an unpackaged syringe?! I don’t know who touched it or if it has been used or where it was laying down prior medication bin!! And this is what I’m supposed to give my seven-year-old in her mouth and draw antibiotics with? So appalled! Especially given Covid situation!!

Stop giving jobs to people that don't like people! I asked a question which she ignored, while I'm standing right in front of you! I wrote all my information down, if that is all you require, then I'll go wait for my shot, without having to look at your ugly face! Get a personality!
