★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would just like the share the best experience I have had with a surgeon.. I drove from Ottawa to have my knee repaired after it was already operated on at the General in Ott and was not fixed properly. Dr Wallace was very professional and completely took care of my knee I was in the best of care.. Also big thanks to North Bay Hospital for treating out of towners like family..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Dr THOMAS WALLACE 1 yr. ago for my meniscus he operated on me I have had no problems with that knee since he is a very professional man and nice person good surgeon I was very well taken care of. Thank you Dr Wallace. jim lajeunesse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He told me that, after reviewing my images, if I get his operation on my knee it would definitely fix my torn meniscus. After the operation he said it was worse than he expected and that he would see me in 3 weeks for a follow up. It is now coming up to four months since the operation and every time I called his office to tell them I am still in pain, his secretary brushes me off and says I’ll have to wait until he has a group of follow-up people for him to see. So, in reality, the guy is a butcher who treats ‘em and streets ‘em as fast as he can. Doesn’t care about his patients. Doesn’t explain things, rushes you out of his office as fast as possible. Treats you like a nuisance and completely ignores you after he butchers you. The only reason I gave him a score of one is that there was no zero option.

Had an appt. For 12 Turns out they were overbooked and tried calling me to change time although they got the number totally wrong. You'd think if they can't get ahold of you they would verify number. Front desk was dismissive. I ended up waiting in behind 20 patients. Not once did they notify me of the change. Until I got upset the front desk said we don't know what times people have. Yet I mean she got the new time fr somewhere. Had I been notified when I got in I'd be less upset. Super unprofessional and unorganized. I'd go elsewhere.
