โ โ โ โ โ Found Walkabout Inspection on google, and so glad we decided to go with Gary. He was polite, on time and very professional. He is also extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. We certainly learned a lot from him and loved his clear and concise reporting style. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an inspector.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely satisfied with Gary's home inspection. This is the second home we've purchased and our first home I found we were left in the dark during the inspection and just given a "list" at the end of the inspection. Gary, however, walks you around as he does the inspection. He pokes and prods the house from top to bottom and explains the pros and cons as he finds them. I've had a lot of experience in the construction industry myself and it was refreshing to walk around the house and have a frank discussion about what we saw. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone looking to buy a home with a THOROUGH inspection. Thank you Gary!

He also is very knowledgeable and shares ways you can improve the house or things that can be done to improve the longevity of different components. we would definitely recommend him.

โ โ โ โ โ We are so glad we called Gary of Walkabout Inspection to inspect my Son-in- law and daughters new home. He was very thorough and informative. After he did the inspection he walked us through his written report explaining everything he had done. It was so helpful for them to complete the purchase of the home knowing exactly what they were getting due to Gary's inspection and report. My wife and I also purchased a home and had Gary do the inspection. It gave us such peace of mind knowing that Gary had inspected the home before we bought it. He noticed so many things that we would have never seen if it wasnt for his knowledge. I will never purchase a house without having Walkabout Inspections perform an inspection before we buy.

He made time for us with only a days notice and was extremely organized and on time (when we arrived he was already on the roof!) He was friendly and answered my many, many questions. Gary has a wealth of information, and he is happy to share his knowledge. Not only does Gary find issues, but he tells you how to fix them. He also accommodated us on very short notice. โ โ โ โ โ It was a scary process for us to buy a new home. We have been in our current home for 36 years and know it inside out!! The prospect of moving to a place we know absolutely nothing about is daunting. We are moving to a townhouse complex that is very well maintained, but were eager for Garyโs insight into all the hidden things, and systems new to us.
What a wealth of information he was! I learned about proper air circulation for a healthier home, among other things. We were guided through the workings of our furnace which was settling for us, and given a general overview about what we can expect from our new home. I have to say I was surprised, pleasantly, about the depth of Garyโs inspection. We completed the purchase knowing we have a solid building in which to start our next chapter!!
Thank you Gary, for so many things including your professionalism, and your knowledge and your willingness to explain how things work. We are very grateful. Now we can move with confidence. I may be calling you for a refresher on the operation of air conditioning once we move though!
