★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for the kids. Swim dock anchored in the swim area. Sandy beach. We parked 50ft from the beach. Google maps directions not great but we figured it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful beach. However it's about an 800 meter walk from the vehicle. If you have small kids make sure they have a lifejacket as the beach drops off fast in the water. Too many wasps on the beach but not bad once your in the water. We had a great time at Waldo Cove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please note that GOOGLE MAPS IS NOT ACCURATE. If you are on Waldo Rd turn at Northstar Rd and follow it around until it becomes Edwards Rd then straight through and turn left on Sharpe Rd and right into the park . ENJOY!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a swim, the sand is soft and the water is fairly clear. The other review is correct. Google maps wants you to turn down a driveway. Circle back and approach from the North.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly cant put into words the nostalgic feeling I got from returning here, my family members each rented a property on the hill of what used to be "Castle Rock Campground", but has now been developed into "South Country" and we have returned here non routinely on and off for the past 20 years, I am now 28 years old and this place will always be a part of who i am.
