She's gentle and makes me feel super comfortable. She's very professional. Carolynn is definitely an expert when it comes to eyelash extensions. I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed!!!

It is so easy to book appointments, she is always on time and her warm lash bed is sooooo comfy! Lashes are my big beauty indulgence and Carolyn always keeps me looking great. Lashes are so worth it and I wouldn't trust anyone else with mine!

I got it done a few years ago for my birthday and thought I would get it done again for my vacation, and they were even better than I anticipated and only took 45min to do. The lashes are super nice, I got a volume set this time and I'm happy I did, it looked so amazing and I barely needed any make up the whole trip. Carolynn is such an amazing person, she makes me feel so comfortable the whole entire time and she does it in an actual spa place so her space is extremely clean and you're laying comfortably the whole time. If you have any doubts at all like your natural lashes being ruined or it not looking absolutely perfect, put those doubts to rest because you're in great hands and its so worth it!

Words do not say enough about Carolyn and the experience, so just do yourself a favour, make the appointment and go see Carolyn. You won't be disappointed and you will be singing her praises on this review board next and of course you will love how fabulous you look. She is the best!

The prices were unbeatable and there is an extreme level of professionalism as she explains all of her options, the process, and the aftercare guidelines. There is also an option to upgrade to the lavish (lush is the original, more natural lash look) after 3 days if you decide you want something more dramatic. There is a simple booking process online as well. Ive gotten my lashes done in my different places but it has never looked so natural, yet luscious. Thank you Carolyn for the best lash experience ever.

I mean 8 years or so, so here is my review, I have never mentioned to her the number of comments that I get on a regular basis about my lashes or how pretty my lashes are or how natural, are they my own for many years. This week my Starbucks barista even mentioned them. I have been so lucky that Carolyn continues to operate and push through even after all the struggles through Covid, my lashes are amazing I have never felt better about myself and this lets me go without makeup on a regular basis. Carolyn thank you for always making me feel and look my best 5 stars all the way.......
