★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WAGS Canine Retreat is the absolute best doggy daycare and kennel. My hi-energy bull terrier spent 11 days at WAGS and had the time of his life. It was the perfect solution for me as I recover from hip surgery. The setting is idyllic with acres of forest for roaming and a play area full of activities to keep everyone happy. The dogs are very well monitored so there's no worries regarding personality clashes which can be a concern at a dog park. Beth posts photos and videos of the dogs on 'forest walks' and in the Bark Park, making new friends and burning off energy. If you're a dog owner spoil your pup for the day by taking him to WAGs. Or if you're going on holiday, WAGS will ease any guilt about leaving your pup behind. The rates are very reasonable and your best friend will love you for it. We're so lucky to have WAGS Canine Retreat in Williamsburg!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 4&1/2 month old pup went there for the day for her first visit today. She was happy to see me went I went to pick her up, but still wanted to play with all her new friends. Bethany is an absolutely wonderful human!! The dogs all seem to love her! So glad I found this amazing retreat for my pup. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a daycare or weekend away.

Thanks for your help to accommodate Romeo on his first day care experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Great Dane Willow loves coming to doggy daycare at WAGS. Beth is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and has every dog’s best interest at heart. Highly recommend sending your dog here for a day of supervised socialization, exercise, and fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my research and I checked out a number of kennels but meeting Bethany made me certain that Wags Canine Retreat was where I wanted my 4 month old puppy, Kylah, to go for puppy daycare and extended stays when we travel. Bethany loves what she does and it’s clear that she cares a great deal about the dogs that she takes care of. She keeps in contact throughout the day with pictures of the dogs playing and having fun. I feel welcome when I drop off or pick up. She greets the dogs with a hug and a smile and my puppy just loves going!! The facility is beautiful and comfortable, with an incredible dog park and warm and cozy (or cool for summer), individual dog rooms. I can’t say enough good things. I’m so grateful to have Wags so close to my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an emergency and had to board our 3 fur babies. After several calls Wags retreat were the only ones who got back to us and did everything to help us in our time of need. Please understand this was the first time our babies have ever gone anywhere as we always have someone come to our place but they ended up with Covid and I was a nervous mama. Well I must say the dogs had an amazing time, the set up and the care they received was beyond my expectations and to come home to 3 happy tiered and well adjusted dogs we were over the moon. We will no longer hesitate to bring them back as we know they will be in amazing hands.
