They do not put your file on autopilot and will suggest updates and changes as necessary and as they benefit you. I've been so appreciative of their continued efforts and truly feel like they have my best interests at heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke with Steve to get myself set up with insurance on the car...not only was he thorough but he also went above and beyond the call of duty and had me insured before I left! The staff is professional and talkative which is nice, and Steve made me feel like if I had any questions or concerns to call or email him anytime, he found me a great rate and explained everything in full detail so I had no extra questions. WC Burgess is a great insurance provider and exceeded my expectations by a mile! Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marla at W.C. Burgess in Brockville, gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had. We reviewed my policies and we tweaked it so I'd be paying a little less then what I was. I like how honest she was and, how she explained everything in laymen's term. I understood everything without all the legalize I could have gotten.
Marla and I also discussed the documents that came from the head office and we cleared up a number of mistakes.
Marla was very nice, competent and very willing to listen to my concerns. I'd deal with Marla any day and any time. She is an excellent Insurance. agent.
